Organizer Agreement

This Organizer Agreement applies to anyone who creates an organization on NTREWAY, lists events, sells tickets, or uses NTREWAY's box office, check-in, or payout tools ("you"). It supplements the Terms of Service; if they conflict, this Agreement controls for organizer activity.

You are the organizer of your events and are solely responsible for them, including:

• accurate event details, dates, prices, seating, age limits, accessibility information, and entry rules;
• obtaining all licenses, permits, venue agreements, insurance, and rights (including music and performance rights) the event needs;
• delivering the event as described, and communicating promptly with ticket holders about changes;
• complying with consumer protection, ticketing, tax, accessibility, and privacy laws that apply to you;
• the conduct of your staff and anyone you give access to your organization.

NTREWAY processes buyer payments through Stripe and transfers your share to your connected Stripe Express account. To sell paid tickets you must complete Stripe's onboarding and verification and accept the Stripe Connected Account Agreement (stripe.com/connect-account/legal), which includes the Stripe Services Agreement. Stripe may require information about you and your business and may delay or restrict payouts under its own rules.

Your share of each order is the ticket price you set. Payout timing depends on Stripe and on your account's standing. We may delay transfers for orders under dispute or review, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or a breach of this Agreement.

You authorize NTREWAY to recover from your future payouts, or to request payment of, any amounts you owe, including refunds issued for your events, chargebacks and dispute fees, and any payouts sent in error.

NTREWAY charges buyers a service fee and, where enabled, a processing fee, both shown at checkout and both non-refundable. Current rates are on the Pricing page. Free tickets carry no fees. We will tell you before a fee change that affects you takes effect, and changes never apply to orders already placed.

If you cancel an event, you must refund ticket holders the ticket price. If you reschedule, existing tickets carry over to the new date and you must offer refunds within the refund window you set. Beyond that, your refund rules are yours to set, provided they are shown on your event page and comply with the law. NTREWAY's service and processing fees are not refunded.

If you cannot or do not issue refunds that are owed, NTREWAY may issue them on your behalf and recover the amount under the Payments section.

You agree to help respond to payment disputes about your events, including providing proof that the event took place and that tickets were delivered and used. Chargebacks you lose, and the related dispute fees, are your responsibility.

You are responsible for cash collected through the box office and for reconciling your registers. Card payments taken with Tap to Pay on iPhone are processed by Stripe and are subject to Apple's and Stripe's terms; you must follow Apple's requirements for presenting Tap to Pay to customers.

You receive personal information about your ticket buyers and attendees so you can run your event. You must use it only for that event and related communications the buyer would reasonably expect, keep it secure, honor opt-outs, and comply with privacy laws. You are an independent controller of the data you receive, and you may not sell it.

You can invite staff with limited roles (for example box office or door staff). You are responsible for choosing who has access, for removing access when it is no longer needed, and for actions taken by your staff.

You may stop using NTREWAY at any time, but you remain responsible for events you have sold tickets to, refunds that are owed, and amounts due. We may suspend listings, sales, or payouts, or close your organization, if you breach this Agreement or the Terms, if required by law or by Stripe, or to protect buyers.
