Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NTREWAY websites, embeddable ticketing widgets, and mobile apps (together, the "Service"). By browsing, buying a ticket, or creating an account you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you run events on NTREWAY, the Organizer Agreement also applies.

If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

NTREWAY lets independent event organizers ("Organizers") list events and sell tickets, and lets you ("Buyers") find and buy them. Organizers decide what events to hold, their prices, capacity, seating, age limits, entry rules, and whether an event goes ahead.

NTREWAY is not the organizer, promoter, or venue for events listed on the Service unless an event page clearly says otherwise. We are not responsible for the content, quality, safety, or legality of events, or for an Organizer's acts or omissions.

You can buy tickets without an account. Organizers and their staff need an account. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission. You are responsible for activity on your account.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account or to buy tickets. If you are younger, a parent or guardian must make the purchase. Organizers may set their own age limits for entry.

Prices are shown before you pay: the ticket price set by the Organizer, plus any service fee, processing fee, and taxes. The total you see at checkout is the amount charged.

NTREWAY processes your payment through Stripe on behalf of the marketplace, so "NTREWAY" appears on your card statement. Your order is complete only when payment is confirmed; tickets are then issued and emailed to you, usually within seconds.

Seats and quantities are held for a limited time during checkout. If the hold expires before payment is confirmed, the tickets are released and your card is not charged.

We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if we reasonably believe it is fraudulent, was placed using automated means, exceeds an Organizer's ticket limits, or resulted from a clear pricing error.

Each ticket carries a unique QR code that is valid for one entry to the event and performance shown on it. The first valid scan admits the holder; later scans of the same code are refused. Keep your tickets private and do not share images of the QR code.

You may transfer a ticket only where the Organizer allows it. Organizers may refuse entry for tickets that were copied, altered, obtained fraudulently, or resold against their rules, and for holders who break venue rules or the law.

Service fees and processing fees pay for operating the marketplace and processing payments. They are non-refundable, including when an event is canceled, except where the law requires otherwise.

Refunds of the ticket price follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short: if an event is canceled, the ticket price is refunded; if it is rescheduled, your tickets move to the new date and a refund may be available within the Organizer's refund window; otherwise sales are final unless the Organizer's event page offers more.

If you dispute a charge with your card issuer instead of contacting us or the Organizer, the related tickets may be canceled while the dispute is resolved.

When using the Service you must not:

• use bots, scripts, or other automated means to search, hold, or buy tickets, or to get around purchase limits, queues, or holds;
• buy tickets for resale in violation of an Organizer's rules or applicable law;
• copy, forge, or tamper with tickets or QR codes;
• interfere with, probe, or overload the Service, or access accounts or data that are not yours;
• list events that are unlawful, misleading, or that you are not authorized to sell;
• use the Service to send spam or to harass anyone.

We may suspend or close accounts, cancel orders, or remove listings that break these rules.

Organizers keep ownership of the event descriptions, images, and other content they upload, and grant NTREWAY a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and promote that content in connection with the Service, including on search engines and social media.

The Service itself, including its software, design, and the NTREWAY name and logo, belongs to NTREWAY and is protected by law. You may not copy or reuse it except as the Service allows.

Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms. Maps, card wallets, and other third-party features are provided by their operators. We are not responsible for third-party services, but we choose them carefully.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, NTREWAY disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any event will take place as described.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NTREWAY will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, travel or accommodation costs, or other losses arising from an event or its cancellation, postponement, or changes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NTREWAY's total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid to NTREWAY for the order giving rise to the claim, or US $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

If you use the Service in breach of these Terms or the law, you agree to cover NTREWAY's reasonable losses and costs, including legal fees, arising from resulting third-party claims.

We may change the Service and these Terms. If we make a material change to these Terms we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify account holders by email or in the Service. Changes do not affect orders already placed.

These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of the state in which NTREWAY is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Before starting any formal proceeding, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Consumers keep any rights their local law gives them to bring claims in their home courts.
