Working with Event Partners
Bring promoters, renters, and co-producers into an event, and give each one exactly the access they need.

partner payouts: finalize, then send via Stripe Connect
Invite a partner
Open the event's Partners tab, add the partner organization, choose their role, and send an invitation by email. They accept from the link, signing in or creating an account, and the event then appears in their own partner area. Partners never see your organizer dashboard.
Choose what each partner can do
Every partner on an event gets their own set of permissions, so a promoter and a venue can see different things. Grant the least that lets them do their part.
- Reporting: sales, orders, tickets left, settlement statements, payout status.
- Attendees: the attendee list and the guest list, and adding their own guests up to the places you give them. Buyers' contact details always stay with you.
- At the door: see check-in, or check guests in.
- Event editing: details, dates and times, venue, and tickets and prices. Each is a separate switch, and anything not granted is shown locked and refused if tried.
- Refunds: refund card orders for the event.
Give a partner guest places
Turn on Manage Guest List for the partner and set their guest places on the Partners tab. The places count across every showtime. The partner adds each guest by name from their own account, and each guest gets a free ticket. On a reserved-seating event they pick the guest's seat on the seat map, and can hold only as many seats as they have places left. A guest with an email gets the ticket straight away; without one, they collect it at Will Call.
A partner can remove a guest who hasn't arrived, and the place (and any seat) goes back. You see who added each guest on the attendee list, and you can void any guest ticket from the box office.
Getting partners paid
Set the partner's split on the Partners tab, then finalize a settlement period and send the payout. Partners receive money through their own Stripe account, which they connect from their partner area. A partner who only needs their share needs no other access.
A partner who signs in manages their own payout account, and only they can switch or remove it. For a partner without a sign-in, you set the account up and can switch or remove it for them.
What your partner sees
When a partner signs in they land on Your events. Each event shows what you've shared with them in plain words, a section for each thing they can use, and where their payouts go. Check-In appears in their menu when any organizer has given them door access.
