Who pays the service fee?
By default the buyer pays it on top of the ticket price, and you receive the full face value. You can also choose to absorb the fee so the buyer sees one round number — you decide per event.
What is the payment processing fee?
A 3% + $0.30 charge that covers card processing on each transaction, online or at the door. Like the service fee, it's shown to the buyer at checkout and follows the platform's current fee policy.
What does NTREWAY charge for free events?
Nothing. If every ticket on an event is $0, there is no service fee and no processing fee.
How do payouts work?
You connect a Stripe account during setup. Stripe collects each payment and pays out to your bank on a rolling schedule, so money moves without you invoicing anyone. NTREWAY's service fee is deducted before the payout.
